Fee Arrangements

The majority of our work is Legal Aid funded, however if the nature of your case means you are not eligible for Legal Aid you will need to cover some or all of your costs. For example you may need to make a monthly contribution to the Legal Aid Agency.

If you are not eligible for any Legal Aid funding and want us to act on a private fee basis you will receive up front and transparent information on what work is included, the likely costs involved and how you will be kept up to date on the progress of your case.

    We will usually work an “agreed fee” basis, this means the cost of the work specified is fixed and gives you a level of certainty about what support you will receive.
