What You’ll Do
• Advise and represent clients in meaningful care proceedings cases.
• Run a varied caseload instructed on behalf of children and parents, with the potential to develop a Local Authority caseload for a candidate eager to mix things up.
• Work in a fully supported environment, while leading and supporting paralegals and trainees.
• Keep things running smoothly—manage cases, draft documents, and ensure top-quality standards.
• Help us grow and innovate as part of a friendly, forward-thinking team.

What You’ll Bring
• 5+ years’ PQE in Care Proceedings.
• Children’s Panel Accreditation.
• Great communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• A full driving licence and your own vehicle (preferable).
